Robert Hoxie
Chairman of the Board
With over 25 years of combined experience in field and executive management, Mr. Hoxie will prove
to be a valuable asset to Envisionier’s growing team.? His notable achievements have included start-ups to
major fortune 500 companies as well as success in gaining experience and creating solid relationships within
many clinical areas such as; Surgery, GI, GYN, and radiology.?
Mr. Robert Hoxie was formerly the President & CEO of Gyrus ACMI?s ENT Division. He joined Gyrus in 2002 as a Regional
Manager in California for the surgical division. In 2003 he was promoted to VP of Sales of the ENT Division,
and assumed the role of President in 2005. He was instrumental in developing an innovative marketing and
effective sales campaign for one of the most recognized products today – the MIC feeding tube. Robert’s professional
experience includes work in Ovamed Corporation, InnerDyne Corporation, and Tyco US Surgical. Robert holds
a B.S. in Business from the University of LaVerne in California.
Normand L. Croteau
Director of Operations
Normand brings over 17 years of clinical and management experience in the health care industry. Mr. Croteau's
management experience includes Equipment Manager Walter Reed Army MedicalCenter, Project Manager at Occupational
Health Services. Normand also served in the United States Air Force as an Aeromedical Specialist.
