Patrick Melder MD
Founder and Chief Medical Officer
Envisionier was founded by Dr. Patrick Melder, a practicing Otolaryngologist – Head and Neck Surgeon (ENT). He is the
former Chief of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Walter Reed Medical Center. Dr. Melder invented
the endogo® to answer a common problem endoscopists encounter every day; the easy acquisition, storage and transfer of
endoscopic photos and videos in the outpatient environment.
Michael Hertzberg

Michael was a senior partner in Howrey, LLP, a global law firm with extensive international trade law experience involving
American, European, Asian, South American and Australian clientele. Mr. Hertzberg received his B.A. from
Colgate University and his J.D. from George Washington University.
Jeremy Brooks
Senior Software Developer
Jeremy Brooks projects include some of the first virtual environments used by mental health professionals for treating
phobias, one of the first collaborative, VR molecular modeling applications, and the first commercial, fully automated
tool for evaluating obstructive sleep apnea in CT data.
Normand L. Croteau
Director of Operations
Normand brings over 17 years of clinical and management experience in the health care industry. Mr. Croteau's
management experience includes Equipment Manager Walter Reed Army MedicalCenter, Project Manager at Occupational
Health Services. Normand also served in the United States Air Force as an Aeromedical Specialist.
